We checked in late 27th oct and afternoon the 28th we found bedbugs in one of the bed. Hotel owner was not helpful at all when we showed him the bedbugs we found in the bed. He said we could find another hotel in Vienna if we were not satisfied. We changed hotel imedeatly of course. KEEP OUT!

It was a bit noisy at night and in the morning when staying in a room with windows (open) towards the street. The staff seemed alright and there were many older travellers staying there.

Stayed at this hotel last week and greatly enjoyed the beautiful foyer, helpful staff, gorgeous room, and delicious breakfast! As well, the hotel is only a few blocks from popular sites, but is located in a quiet neighborhood near the river! Would love to stay here again and would reccommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

At best, lodging here is like staying with your batty, old Austrian grandmother.
