I was traveling with my wife during the catholic Easter. The hotel was pretty nice, the room(double room) was big enough and comfortable for me and my wife. The room had a charming living room with a sofa and it was equipped with a modern, big TV. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The view from the room was exciting!... More

It is not always that a place hits ALL of my expectations. I am pretty good at sniffing out the good hotels, but I think I really picked a winner here. Used Booking.com for my reservation, no problems. Hotel is about a 3-5 minute walk from the UBahn station, easy to walk if you are in OK condition hauling a... More

Very small bedroom with single bed. Friendly but very slow service in the restaurant, appeared to be understaffed. No gym. Near centre of town but limited views of other buildings from bedroom windows - rather claustraphobic

My wife and I recently stayed here. The huge buffet breakfast made this hotel a phenomenal value. Also the hotel decor was charming, rooms were big enough (by European standards) and staff was friendly.

The hotel was quaint and historical: wonderful staircase and (historical) elevator. The staff were somewhat surly. In spite of having free wi-fi they limited us to using only one device (why?) and made us get a new code from them everyday. This was inconvenient and I didn't see why they had to do it.

We stayed here for 4 nights and have no complaints. Rooms were spotless, the variety in the breakfast buffet I've not experienced before. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We ate an evening meal in the hotel and the food and service was excellent. The location is close to the underground and only about 20 minutes walk to the... More

This is a lovely hotel with lovely rooms and showers. Great breakfast. Charming multilingual staff. Really near underground station on line one and walking distance to city centre. Much better value than other Vienna Hotels. My second time staying here and I will certainly stay again. One wifi access code between both guests in room was a nuisance but we... More

All staff is smiling and serving in a positive attitude. Building is more than 100 years old but well kept and clean. Breakfast buffet is delicous and more than enough...
