If you have a car this is certainly one of the best budget places you could stay in Tromso. There is a shopping center nearby , free parking and rooms are clean and much bigger than the ones in town.

Nice hotel. Smily and helpful staff. Location's convenient near the airport (10min by taxi, fare around 12€) but a bit isolated from the center (sentrum) reachable by bus (20min). Gym and sauna is great. Nice breakfast buffet. Rooms could be a bit more confortable but nice enough. Price's fair (compared norvegian standard!)

Close to the airport, a 20 minute bus ride into town (last bus back on Saturday was 10 minutes after midnight). The rooms are a little tired, but clean. Very, very comfortable bed!
