Really nice hotel, newly refurbished. Good sized room, well finished. Good breakfast. Need some customer service training. Delivered room cards back in the morning and was told loudly infront of others that. " you have not payed". When infact we had payed before we arrived, and she didnt even know what room we were from. Not a big problem, but... More

This hotel is in a quiet residential area, and a bit out of the way, but at least that will guarantee you peace and quiet. The overall feel of this hotel is modern and quite loungey, and the decor is all velvet, gold and brocade, which has more or less become the new standard in hotels. I was welcomed by... More

The place is lovely. The beds are nice and soft. The bedding's great. The rooms aren't big but they're comfortable and clean. The service is good, the front desk guy (night) and gal (morning) were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is beautiful. Breakfast is excellent as is the ambiance. The Tram isn't too far away from the hotel which makes... More

We booked it with the Oslo Pass. It was a family room 2 adults + 2 children at a very good price for being Oslo (ridiculously expensive city). The Oslo pass includes public transport and boats to museums as well as many museums tickes. Very convenient. The hotel it self is good, but breakfast is poor, and waitress quite unhelpful... More

Our room was small (what European room isn't) but comfortable: we had enough room to spread out and relax. The room had a new flat screen TV, small desk, chair, and closet, plus an incredibly comfortable bed (and very nice reading lights). The staff was very helpful in providing directions and sightseeing ideas. Breakfast was a full spread including eggs,... More

We stayed for 4 days in this modern and charming hotel. . This was refurbished during 2011 and the rooms are finished to a very high specification- really clean and well decorated- with good showers, high ceilings and lots of light and air. We did not have a double bed- it was twin beds beside each other- but- we didn't... More
