Ok room, ok service and ok breakfast. But way too much noise from partying people in the corridors at night and from the nightclub in the basement. The nightclub is open till 0230 on fridays and saturdays - so I advice people who are planning to go to Trondheim to sleep on these nights to choose another place to stay....

The last time I stayed here cigarette smoke came into the room from the air vent because of smokers outside the restaurant. This time noise from banging on the heating pipes going down the back stairs by the restaurant workers, while the pass by carrying stuff. Found the source of the noise but met little understanding. Great location, ok rooms, breakfast not too exciting

Stayed at the Lipp Hotel in Trondheim and had a good time. Professional and friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast. The room was rather small, but sufficient for a short stay. Very comfy bed.

The room is very design, with a big bed, comfy chair and plasma tv. The location is great, near the main shopping streets, the train station and the main attraction (Nidarosdomen). Downsides: I doubt if my room was ever cleaned. During my 3 night stay the trash wasn't taken out once and I only got one new set of towels.... More
