We booked a family room for 4 adults. Service was good and helpful but the sofa bed a bit uncomfortable. Great location just opp train and bus station.

Excellent hotel in Bergen. The train station is literally across the street for when you take your Norway in a Nutshell tour. The breakfast was the outstanding! The rooms spacious, and the wifi was fast. If I am ever lucky enough to return the Bergen, I will stay here again.

Nice hotel - adjacent to central train station & a 15 min walk to the wharf area in Bergen. Lobby is indeed grand, though halls leading to the rooms were less impressive. Room was good, clean and comfortable...a decent size. Fast wi-fi included. Breakfast ended at 10am, which may be a bit early for late risers.

Stayed here for a few nights on a business trip to Bergen. The hotel is clean and I like the traditional ambiance of the hotel. However, I had the same experience as the previous reviewer, the showers vary very much in temperature.
