The hotel suffers from awful noise pollution. No sleep until 3am. Staff are unhelpful and assume the noise is to be expected. AVOID!

Expensive hotel (as all Norwegian hotels are) but clean room and good service. Free internet, very convenient location to Bryggen and other attractions in city center. Cafe on the street below does make some noise until around 3am on Fri and Sat but it's not too bad and that's the price you will pay for such a central location.

Stayed for two nights in a double room. Basic, clean hotel. Nice staff. TV in room with some international channels. Restaurants and bars nearby (rooms quite noisy in the weekend). Short walk to city center and attractions. Small breakfast included in the room rate and free use of the coffee making machine in the lobby.
