Similar experience overall to others - yes, walls so thin I could hear someone snoring but I live in a city so am not too bothered by such things but do be aware in case you are. I found the breakfast decent though limited in selection. Breads and cheeses and homemade preserves were yummy and the seemingly constant stream of... More

If you get the chance to experience Bergen I would highly recommend a stay at the Hotel Park! I have stayed here several times over the past years. The service has been impeccable, with the employees going out of their way to make my stay go smoothly. Everywhere was super clean and well maintained. The Wi-fi was fast and reliable.... More

Had booked to stay at a hotel right in the city centre but heard from a couple I had met in Tromso that downtown could be noisy on weekends and the nightclubs go till late so I decided to change hotels and was so glad I did! This is a real gem of a place that sits about 10min walk... More

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which we found to be in a slightly removed but okay part of the city. There was a good hike up a fairly steep hill, but we didn't have a lot of luggage, so we found this to be manageable. The room was small. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and... More

Staff were really nice. She told me before becoming a hotel that place was a family house. It`s decorated with many old things, very impressive. Near the city center, the room was clean, silent and comfortable. We had to leave the room at a certain time so they could clean for the next guests, but staff offered us to leave... More

Stayed for one night after a Hurtigruten cruise. An historic hotel dating back over 100 years with masses of character and charm. Very clean and comfortable, well looked after with excellent accommodation and top quality German en-suite fixtures & fittings. The receptionist/staff were superb, knowledgeable and very helpful.

We stayed at the Hotel Park for the night on February 7th prior to going on a Hurtigruten cruise. We arrived around 7 pm and were made to feel very welcome. Our room was in the hotel annex which is across the road from the main hotel. The room was larger than expected, clean and comfortable. We were told that... More

I stayed here for work purposes so it was booked through the company but also stayed on a further 2 days at my own expense with my partner for a short break. We had a room over the road from the reception and this was fine, although if I had been alone I might have found it a bit offfputting... More

A nice little hotel in Harald Haarfagresgate near Griegs Hall and the Bergen university. Very polite and helpful staff. Generous and tasty breakfast. Only drawback was the rainy and windy weather, but that is normal in late autum Bergen. In summer the view over the fjord is the most beautiful, and if you stay in the town in calm, warm... More

I stayed four nights at the Hotel Park Bergen in September. My room was lovely and immaculate, as was the entire hotel. I was alone and had reserved a single, but they gave me a larger room at no charge, since they had the availability. Breakfast was generous and delicious with many Norwegian specialities. All afternoon and evening, tea, coffee,... More
