Superb in every area, a must do for anyone, stunning location, stunning views, superb breakfast, and so peaceful, great place.
We came here first in 2011 with some other friends after seeing the TV showing of how it was restored and loved it and returned this year with another set of friends and equally loved it! The views are stunning with such a perfect location for walking and excellent restaurants locally. Breakfast is cooked by a chef and mouth watering...

Having visited a friend in Eastbourne last May, and having been to Beachy Head and seen the spectacular sight of the Belle Tout, I knew I just had to stay there at some point!
I finally got the chance in November, spending 4 nights there. Though the price may seem a little steep for the time of year, I can...

What a wonderful place. The Beach Hut room was a great surprise lovely relaxing blue and white with a warm seaside feel. Looking out over The Downs seeing the sheep with their lambs and through the second window seeing Beachy Head lighthouse. The whole experience of staying in a lighthouse was wonderful. Up the stairs to the lounge next to...

As you approach this imposing building, with the vibrant sunset behind it, you know its going to be special. Ian showed us around and made us very welcome. this isn't just a B&B, your expected to chill out in the lamp room, and flitter away time in the lounge. I just loved the way the modern interior halts at the lounge...

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night (as there was some last minute availability) and were not disappointed. From the moment that we checked in, this place was special. Fabulous location, welcoming staff and so peaceful (no children under 15). We stayed in the 'New England' room. It was spotless, with huge windows offering great views over the...

It would be a lovely experience anywhere to stay in a light house. However Belle Tout exceeds all expectations: the rooms are comfy (quite small but all luxuries are there) Lovely views Fantastic breakfast served by the lovely Shirley Welcoming hosts I would definitely stay there again. The best was the early morning walk along the cliffs, just stunning.
My boyfriend took me here for Valentine's day. It was lovely. We stayed in the Shiraz room which has jaw-dropping views - very dramatic - literally from the window. The place is clean and well kept, and nicely designed. It is personal and warm and professional. The manager is really amazing - he was so friendly (Ian?), his cooking was...

We stayed a year ago and are planning to rebook for our 50th birthday's treat. We have stayed in many B&B's but none like this. Every window is like a framed picture, and the staff are second to none. If there is a room free my advice would be book it, you won't find better!!!
Stayed at the Belle Tout Lighthouse on the weekend of March 3rd / 4th 2012.
The bed and breakfast is located at the top of the cliffs near Beachy Head and has stunning 360 degree views of the Downs and the Coast.
The lighthouse was spotlessly clean and the food was top class. Managers Ian and Shirley do a great...
