Exactly what I expected after reading several reviews, room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was very nice, quite a walk into the town however and parking can be a problem but overall recommended. I only met the landlady but she and her husband have done a good job.

I spent a rainy weekend in February here, and can strongly recommend this establishment. Clean, spacious, well-appointed, friendly, central location - everything you could ask of Eastbourne at a very competitive price. Would recommend our room was lovely with fresh white linen. The breakfast is good and not greasy with lovely brown toast.The staff were extremely helful with our requested and were even able to proovide hair straightners when I forgot mine and we were heading to a wedding!
