Took our kids for a easter break. Ideal guest house for familys, lovely big comfortable room and great breakfast. No complaints will be visiting again.

I stayed here for 4 nights when I came to Eastbourne to look for a flat. I found this place by recommandations on booking.com. It is a very nice, traditional B&B with a superb English breakfast. The room was spacious with a small bathroom. It was noisy to flash the toilet.
