We stayed at the Eastbourne Centre for one night as we were attending a party elsewhere in the town. We checked in and were given a parking permit for our car which we parked in the roadside spaces opposite. There doesn't seem to be an official carpark for the hotel but it didn't matter as there were plenty of spaces.... More

the stay could not be faulted everywhere was clean and appreciated the balcony. The staff when the Male manager was on duty were miserable becasue he was walking around and telling them off in front of the customers.."how not to manage your staff rule no 1"

On arrival, reception very friendly and helpful, we had a forth floor sea view superior room, it was lovely, very clean, massive comfortable bed and very quiet just the sound of the sea, breakfast was very impressive, buffet style but everything hot and fresh, I cannot fault this hotel, amazing value.

Just got back into London after spending the week on a Training session in Eastbourne. The staff from first entry into the hotel to leaving yesterday were been superb. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Managed to get a single room with balcony overlooking sea at a great price, midweek, just walking in. Only a seagull for company up on the 6th floor balcony! Buffet breakfast very good, and included in price. Immaculately clean, couldn't fault the hotel in any way. Thoroughly recommend it.

The hotel,room and full English breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful. Overall we had an beautiful Easter night stay. Unfortunately we have to paid for Internet, which is not for free include with the price. Also some cutlery and plates wasn't good washed. By the way...We choices really good, even 5 stars service hotel !!! Grettings
