We stayed for 3 nights in the "penthouse suite" which was a bit of an ambitious name for it but it was on the top floor (3rd) and had great sea views. There wasn't however a lift, a fact which we knew when we booked it and my father did struggle a bit up the stairs. There were 2 rooms... More

We arrived on the Thursday for a long weekend and from the moment we arrived Mark and his staff looked after us very well, the bedroom was very clean and tastefully furnished, the breakfasts (wide choice) were good and hot having been cooked to order and served with a smile, the evening meals likewise and good value. I would not hesitate... More

My wife and I stayed at the Manor Hotel with our granddaughter for 3 nights at the end of May. The check in was friendly and quick, and we where shown to our room a family room with sea view on the 2nd floor. There is no lift and the staircases are narrow in places, not easy with large suitcases.... More

We had 2 king size doubles & single for 5 nights, whilst attending a conference at the Venue Cymru, just up the road. The furniture & dressing of the hotel are amazing. Having owned a property of this age, we understood the peeling paper & bubbling paint in places, but if you wanted to be critical, you could easliy find... More

I would describe this place as a large guest house rather then a small hotel, the welcome is warm and the service attentive, the pleasant bar / come dining area works really well and offers food and drink at various times during the day, I found my room great especially as I was upgraded to a family room at no... I stayed here recently on business. Parking was fine (out of season), reception was fine, WIFI good. The room I stayed in was noisy (possibly outside) and the door was very difficult to lock and unlock. My biggest issue was the bed - far too soft, the mattress was sunken in the middle and I really didn't sleep well. Breakfast... More

Located on the sea front this hotel is small, friendly, clean and easy to find. Breakfast is good with a nice range of cereals, juices and all the usual cooked fare on offer. Parking is on the street in front of the hotel and I can imagine that when all the hotels are open in the height of summer you... More

On a last minute easter break, we booked a room at the Manor Hotel. From the view outside, i felt my heart sink - looked small and typical of a resort B&B. Went inside and i changed my mind - beautiful decor in the bar and lounge. The room was superb ! We werent expecting 2 huge windows with views... More

We've just returned from a short break in Llandudno which was really great. We stayed at the Manor Hotel in the Penthouse rooms. The hotel is beautifully decorated and and feel that a few of the previous reviews are unfair to say the least. We found the owner, Mark, very welcoming as was Nicky and all the staff. They were...
