Nice period building with very clean and modern accommodation. All four of us fitted into the one room. Breakfast good; location very convenient; service very friendly. Had one rainy day where we spent most of it inside and we survived. Had no problem parking on street nearby.

Fantastic hotel with a great location to get around Llandudno. Stayed here for 2 nights...nothing was too much trouble for the staff...it was unbelievable that this family run business was only established 5 yrs ago 12 months after the family 1st visited Llandudno..plenty of everything from Teabags to toilet rolls....What a lovely Family run b+b....
