This was our third visit to the Hilary under the excellent management of Deborah and Colin. They set the standard for Bed and Breakfast excellence. I would award them five stars for hospitality, quality, a magnificent breakfast and those little extras that are not provided in establishments charging much higher rates. I give the Hilary my highest recommendation.

This was an exceptional B & B. The room was great, the food was super, and the owners were truly hospitable. They accommodated our being vegan without hesitation. They were helpful and a lot of fun to be around; we felt like we had known them for years. We could not have asked for a better stay.
