Lovely Hotel receptionist on arrival was extremely helpful and polite, acknowledged my Diamond card and free paper for the morning. Room was small but adequate, copius amounts of team and coffee with plenty of sugar. Air conditioning not required but nice to have. Restaurant simply outstanding menu at reasonable price and the Rosettes well deserved.

I stay at this Hotel regularly with my daughter and the friendly staff and quiet location of the hotel make it an ideal spot just outside Ipswich. From the manageress to the cleaning staff everyone is friendly and helpful and the bar food is excellent value for money and very tasty.

The hotel was well maintained and friendly but room very basic behind reception . So make sure you are at the new part as much nicer rooms . Tiny bar area by reception so go to very near two village pubs which also serve cheap food. Mind you food at the hotel was excellent and recommended
