I was lucky enough to attend the new year Eve bash at the thistle hotel. The room were old the bathroom small and 1970's style but the party was great. Music up to 5am, breakfast until 1pm! friendly staff too. Many thanks. See you next year!!

I attended a dinner/xmas celebration at this hotel with concern having read the other reviews. I wish I had stayed at home. In fact it was so bad I can't even be bothered continue. Try the other hotels in the area there are plenty of them offering much better service and value.

it was brilliant, me my friend and our boyfriends stayed for 1 night. we had lovely rooms and didnt want to go home. i recomend it.
