I have been to the Arndale court a couple of times. It is a terrific little hotel. Despite being only a three star in term of facilities, the staff, food are of a higher standard. The decor, like most hotels, could be updated in some areas.

Stayed one night for 2-day choir recording session in Poole. Typical UK smaller hotel but with plus points. Clean, bright and unpretentious. Comfortable and good-sized single room, helpful and pleasant staff, convenient location for town centre. Delicious cooked breakfast slightly marred by sloppy service. Shower temperature erratic, TV remote temperamental. But all-round a hit for £50. Would come here again.
