We stayed at Harbour Heights over a busy bank holiday weekend as we were attending a wedding in Poole. We had a harbour view room and were lucky with the weather so we thoroughly enjoyed looking out over Poole harbour, Sandbanks and beyond. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the service in this hotel is excellent. nothing is too much trouble. staff are all immaculate and polite. the terrace is lovely for dining or relaxing. there was a wedding during our stay but this did not impact on the service we received in any way
