Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, room was perfect. Great location. Evening meal was very nice albeit a bit small. Had room with a balcony overlooking the sea was lovely hearing the noise of the waves through the night. Even though the weather was awful enjoyed watching the kite surfers outside our window.

Lovely location but the hotel was tired and the breakfast was luke warm. The pool area could do with updating too. Very over priced for the quality of the accomodation - in my view, price is just a reflection of the beach location

We had a lovely weekend at Sandbanks despite the dreadful weather. The staff were friendly and efficient, the food was very well presented and tasty. Our room was a standard room and we had a small balcony and sea view. The hotel was very busy due to a Masonic function but this didin't detract from the service we received.

A fabulous hotel in the most beautiful location. Excellent food, if we hadn't moved to a house about 500 metres from the hotel we would definitely stay again !!
