Went to Poole on on 12th May 2012 with a friend for an organised bike ride the next morning. Hadn't booked a hotel but expected to be able to find one somewhere. Unexpected find, due to visiting relative in hospital. Location was essential, but didn't expect to find such a warm and friendly hotel so close to Poole's ameneties. Accomodation, food and friendliness was really good. Kindness and consideration shown to us by the owners under the circumstances. Will definetely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting friends. It is a very warm, cosy and friendly place, nicely decorated. It's closeness to Poole Park was another reason for choosing the Quarterdeck as we were taking our two Westies with us. Breakfast with real bread toasted, and real butter was a joy. We would certainly stay there again.

Excellent - accommodation is tastefully and traditionally furnished and very comfortable. Food is superb. Staff are all very welcoming and helpful and, above all, very considerate. Dogs are accepted and our little dog was made as welcomed as we were. This is a delightful Hotel and we look foward to our next visit.

Small and freindly hotel decorated very nice rooms spacious and clean very quiet benifits from being licenced so you can have a night cap if you want breakfast bit disapointing no choice just full english no cereal yogurts or fruit normaly get better choice more like a b&b rather than hotel

I stayed here while travelling to Poole on business. Very friendly and accommodating atmosphere, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. Located near Poole park and quiet despite proximity to the road. The location is ideal if you're working at the civic centre!

The warmest of welcome and great breakfast. The room was comfortable and very quiet - which was surprising as the hotel is situated on a main road. Plenty of parking. The only downside was a rather inadequate shower over the bath. Will definitely stay again - if we can get in.
