Steve was very friendly and gave good instructions regarding finding the keys so we had high hopes that we had made a good choice for our overnight stop between Edinburgh and the Midlands. A very well equiped apartment which provides value for money. Parking was plentiful. Check in was difficult but was sorted after a few phone calls. However we did have two problems.
