“Nice staff but room very tired”

Stayed here on business trip the staff were very pleasant but the hotel is very tired as far as decor goes. The room I stayed in had loo role bunged in the roof extractor and the light was hanging down the towels were very very old and it just felt in need of some work. The holiday inn is good... More

“Thank you to the excellent staff”

I would like to express my appreaciation for the excellent service provided by staff at this Hotel. Particularly the evening servers Elsa and Em and the endless good cheer and service provided by Angeline and Pam in the mornings.

“It was so good, I stayed for a year!!!!”

“Excellent service and great value”

Our short stay here was a very enjoyable experience. Friendly staff - from Reception to Dining Room ladies and all others. The breakfast is one of the best in terms of choice, presentation, quality and service that I have experienced over many years of business and personal travel. Beats many of the so called luxury hotels.Highly recommended !

Having regularly used HI-Ex we have recently discovered that the HI advanced booking with breakfast deal, normally gives better value, and a much better breakfast. “Good Choice.”

Stayed here for 02 nights. The rooms are perfectly adequate. Decently sized, very clean, comfy bed, spotless bathroom. There is shortage of storage space, but fine if you have just one suitcase. The breakfast was good. You get what you pay for. No complaints at all.
