Great breakfast, friendly owners, clean and pretty room. A real credit to Skegness. Great value for money. Short walk to town centre and decent pubs and shops, short drive to Gibraltar Point for bird watchers.

Fantastic B&B, under priced in my opinion. Warm welcome, spotlessly clean, immaculate well thought out cozy room, beautiful big bathroom, excellent choice for breakfast and very enjoyable and speedy service and last but not least 2 mins from the town centre. A truely traditional seaside B&B and one not to be missed!!

My Wife and I stopped at the kildare on the 21st to 23rd February. you could not meet two nicer people than Joyce and Ray. Its just like going to stop at your friends house. Everything about the Hotel was first class. Well done both of you. Sue & Pip xx

Once again Joyce and Ray excelled in every way, nothing is too much trouble.food is spot on and the service is second to none.looking forward to two breaks there in 2012.we would recommend THE KILDARE very highly and can`t wait for next year.

Friendly, warm, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Close to town shops and promenade.

What a brilliant hotel !! Our room was clean & comfy, soft fluffy white towels ( unlike some places we have stayed in ), breakfast was excellent & not lacking in variety. We can't fault Joyce & Ray at all, you arrive as strangers & leave as friends. We will definately be staying there again.
