Breakfast was good. The location was abit far from the main town centre of Skegness to walk. We stayed here as a weekend break. The breakfasts are fantastic, fruit juice and cereals, as much toast and jam as you want, lovely cooked english breakfast, tea and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay in this welcoming family run Hotel. Food was fantastic and New Years Eve Celebrations were great fun, dancing, fireworks and an overall lovely atmosphere
