Clean, basic, new. Reasonably price. Comfy beds. Very helpful friendly lady in reception who organised a taxi for us. We only needed basic so this hotel was perfect for us.

Heading from the south to Rotherham for a University open day we just needed an inexpensive place to sleep for the night and when booking online did not have high expectiations.
