Comfortable, very clean and yummy breakfast all for £65, can't beat that!

yes, very friendly and helpful landlords, who unrequested offered us a special treat for our drenched cloth. late snack was available. the room size was sufficient and all over very quiet - including complimentary wifi the breakfast service was very good plus classical accompaniment in addition. an inexpensive experience

Enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Angus. Triple bedroom with 3 single beds for our boys was great. Good breakfast, shame only 1 Vegetarian sausage instead of 2 bacon / 2 sausage pieces. Good selection of choices otherwise.

Had a lovely Weekend in the Angus Hotel--- it is a small friendly hotel, room toilet and shower spotless, breakfast delicious good home cooking 5mins walk to the Sands centre..

I picked this hotel based on its proximity to the Hadrian's Wall Path. I was impressed through my whole experience. I even was a bit late arriving and they called to make sure I was alright. Stopped off for the night at this hotel on the way up to a funeral near Glasgow. Very friendly and helpful welcome from both owners. Wonderful home made food. We stayed here in December while my husband met up with a former colleague and I did a bit of shopping! Our room, although on the small side, was lovely and warm, very clean and comfortable. this hotel is attractive quiet and clean one of the nicest in carlisle... My girlfriend and myself were met by the friendly staff and were much impressed by the conditions and high quality for such a reasonable price we will definately stay again we left refreshed and relaxed well done Angus hotel. we recommend anyone to visit.
