I have stayed at Premier Inn Carlisle Central a few times now, the staff are most helpful and accomodating. The only thing i could find fault with regarding my stay is the Bar, and the layout of the recreational area in general! It is quite cramped, and dose not have a fully stocked bar range of wines and spirits/liquers etc.
