Booked a Travel lodge in the area, but changed my mind and re booked with Premier Inn as they were actually cheaper and had much better reviews. Arrived very late with two sleeping children. Stayed here on way back from a wedding, very convient for M6, and Carlise city. Pub next door very good value. Accomodation very clean and comfortable. Could'nt hear M6 despite being almost at junction. just off roundabout at junction. Breakfast good value.Would saty here again and recommend it to others

I have stayed at the Premier Inn's in Manchester and Carlisle and Edinburgh. If I required accommodation again inter-city I would always choose Premier Inn's. Better that i thought it would be. Clean and tidy very good, only one night but when up here again will stay here . Wifi free for first 30 mins then £3 for 24 hours not a bad deal

Stayed at Travelodge down the road(which is ok but rather tired now) and spotted the Premier Inn with Border Gate next to it so called in for a meal, which was very tasty and good value too. So pleased that we had brerakfast next morning and coffee on the way back from St. Andrews. Staff really attentive, polite & friendly.

Stayed here for just one night whilst visiting the Lake District. The hotel has just completed a refurbishment and it's been done very well. Large TV, nice new bathroom and spacious room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Paid £64 for the night which was a flexible rate. Would stay again.

This is the standard Premier Inn product - reasonable room and comfy bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful (including those in the "pub" next door - part of the hotel in reality). We spent 3 days at this inn and although it is undergoing refurbishment we had a lovely stay. The staff were all, without exception, very open and friendly and happy to oblige. This is the second time we have spent the weekend here and would certainly recommend the location.
