This guest house is warm friendly environment the rooms are of high standard very clean and comfortable the food is excellent quality and the landlady is very pleasant and friendly.our stay there was very pleasant and I would recommend this guest house to anyone staying in Carlisle.

This guest house was easy to find and the rooms were very pretty if a bit small. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was en-suite. Breakfast was also very good. Very nice place, all in all.
