great,modern facilities.Nice lounge,well equipped and tidy kitchen area.Warm enough,lovely wet room with plenty of hot water in the room.Good drying room and the owners are easy to get along with.Have stayed twice and will probably be back the next time i'm in the area

Well decoratd, comfy, clean, great facilities, but drying room and kitchen area not likely to be large enough to manage larger groups of walkers (>5), more suitable as a place for tourists.
