Just back from visiting relatives in Sidmouth and a two night stay at Dukes. My father and I had booked two single rooms, but he was given a very nice double room with sea view on the first floor (room 4) and I had a lovely little single on the second floor (room 8). Recently stayed here for a few nights. Very nice hotel. Set back from from prom a bit,but still had a sea view. Staff polite and helpful.Evening meal was excellent. Would go back again.

Lovely surroundings, excellent quality and standard of food. Dukes catered for us - a family of four with 2 young children, very well. My husband enjoys posh food, which they delivered on with chicken in tarragon sauce but also catered for children with fish and chips, etc. Slightly more expensive but well worth it for decent food!

This hotel is in a great spot in Sidmouth and the upper floor rooms at the front have lovely views of the sea. Nice size room with a gret sea view. Very clean, with everything you need, including top ups of tea bags, milk etc on landing for you should you run out!
