“Great Value”

Have stayed here a few times and always found it comfortable and welcoming. Rooms are more than adequate. The owners are always freindly and welcoming. Also flexible as i need to leave before 'official' breakfast time but always get a lovely brekkie before leaving. Overall great value and will be staying again in the future.

Prior to arrival we phoned the hotel to reserve a room for the following day. I was greated by a friendly lady who managed cater for our needs. “Very friendly comfortable hotel”

Very pleasant hotel in excellent location a few minutes away from town centre and station and just a short walk away from lovely gardens, clifftop scenery and south promenade. “Very dirty rooms”

Rooms very small and very dirty. Used elastoplast left on floor of room and dust thick on all surfaces All rooms we looked in were like this. Plus side was good breakfast but never saw condition of kitchen....maybe a good thing!!
