Me my partner and 2 children stayed in room 2.we was very clean free breakfast in morning was beautifull we shall be returning in august hopfully great owners even suplied a cot for our baby very very happy

Found a two night stay through Groupon for this hotel. Before purchasing, I called the Maynard Hotel to check on availability for May 2013 bank holiday weekend. What a find this place was ,booked on groupon ,stayed for two nights in room 10 which was truly spotless,cracking location ,lovely hosts,and a 1st class breakfast . Friendly helpful hosts. Very clean with very comfortable beds. Lovely lounge Plenty of choice for breakfast with full English freshly cooked to order. Have just returned after a weekend away staying at the Maynard. Good value for money. Nice rooms, comfortable bed. Good full English, toast and all. Stuart and Angela very friendly. Comfy lounge BIG telly. Couldn't fault it. We hope to go back in the not too distant.
