Stayed 4 nights as part of an Alfa Travel trip. Hotel was clean and well decorated, Very well sited for train station, buses and the prom. Service was very good at meal times. Food was very good ... although portions a tad on the mean side for a hungry chap like me. Nice enough to go back to.

Friendly welcome on arrival, spotlessly clean room with lovely view, really comfortable bed, and superb food, as good as some 4-stars we have stayed in, plus evening entertainment and particularly charming staff. Fantastic value.

Just returned from a three day New Years Eve break at the Cumberland with Alpha Travel. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the food was great. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful and the entertainment was excellent over the three nights. Would certainly recommend.
