Great location, only 10 mins walk to open air theatre. Room was lovely and clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good. The owner was really friendly. Overall great B & B and family friendly.

Stayed one night for a family wedding... lovely old fashioned Guest house..spotlessly clean and an awesome breakfast. Owner very pleasant. Parking on road available and you get a pass from the owner to put in windscreen great value Bed a little small though in room 6

Brilliant lovely little place. We stayed one night, very relaxed. Me, my mum and little girl stayed and we had a travel cot in the room which was great. Breakfast was yummy and set us up for the day. We will definitely be back again.

Spent last Saturday at the Phoenix,was very comfortable, andJenny was a very friendly host,,good hearty breakfast , recommend to anyone.U also get a parking permit for the front which is very handy,great location .

We chose this guest house because of the location, it is ideally situated for easy access to both the North Bay and the South Bay. Although the website we booked with stated no parking available, on arrival we were given a parking permit for no extra charge.
