This was a last minute holiday and because it was bank holiday weekend we were having to ring round to find somewhere to stay that was handy for the town,beach and had off road parking and this hotel had them all.The owners were very friendly (even Roger) who someone said was very miserable! We stayed at the Lincoln Hotel for one night. Friendly, cheerful couple, nice room with all the comforts you would expect. Good breakfast and unhurried atmosphere. Close to the beach and Peasholme Park. Would recommend and stay there again.

stayed here for one night...friendly hosts Sylivia and Roger....location in the North Bay very good for walking down to the beach and Peasholm Park, North Bay railway centre....breakfast was very good...with plenty of other choices other than full english...would stay again.

Stopped overnight on a last minute stay. Friendly and helpful owners. Shower room a little tight. TV remote & electric shower a little temperamental. Clean bedding and comfortable bed. Neighbouring bed room occupants a little loud, but quietened at a reasonable hour. Excellent breakfast. Would I return? Yes, very good value

It's was very clean , the breakfast was excellent and very friendly couple made us feel at home . We would come back & we would recommend this to our friends .
