The hotel was clean and tidy with its own car park. A short walk from the beach and a few minutes walk from central Scarborough. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is an optional extra but was great value. Would definately stay again.

After arriving on a cold and very windy day, it was wonderful to be welcomed by Duane. The hotel has all the facilities needed for a weekend break and is situated with breathtaking views of North beach, close to the town centre and attractions. A definate return.

Very friendly and helpful owner , food excellent, room clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water for the good sized shower.Area very pleasant,and a good sea view.This is certainly the quieter part of scarborough.Would definitely recommend this hotel for a break .
