Lovely and friendly welcome very clean and comfortable beds good breakfast we will definitely be going here again there is a lovely bar to sit in and enjoy the view within easy walking distance of the town/spa/surfing beach . The breakfast is more than adequate continental and full English nothing was to much trouble
