Stayed here from 18th till 21st may. I cannot find one thing to complain about. The room was immaculate, rooms cleaned & fresh towels every day. The food was brilliant. The £1.50 bar was fantastic value. The staff were very friendly & efficient. The entertainment was very good & i can't wait to go back. Thanks to everyone in the... More

I travelled with some friends using David Urquhart travel. The hotel from the outside is not that great, there are letters missing from the name and it looks very old and tired looking. The inside is not much better, everything is very dated and worn. The bedroon is very basic and needs redecorating and spruced up. The furniture and carpets... More

The Glenmorag is an old hotel but has been pretty well looked after. We booked a double room on one of D,U. tours and were given a room for three 1 double and1 single which gave us extra space so cant comment on double room size. The meals were good and well presented by a very helpful staff, large dining... More

My wife booked this holiday for my 50th birthday treat. All I can say it was smashing. It is a lovely old traditional hotel, every thing clean and tidy, good company, very good coach driver (Ron) . Very reasonable priced bar, plus entertainment every evening. We were made very welcome and the views are breath taking. We saw submarines twice... More

Arrived 27th February. Travelled with D.U. and were one of three coach parties arriving same day. D.U. had a deal on and by golly, if ever there was a good value deal this was it! Room 30 was absolutely fine - had booked a Clyde View room before we left and can understand why this is recommended. Although the weather... More

Glenmorag is an old fashioned hotel, (don't look for flatscreen digital tv's in your room or more than 5 channels) . Staff were excellent, food was a bit below average. We went with David Urquhart tours and I don't think I would use them again. When we were on the coach on excursions the driver gave no proper info on... More

Stayed over long weekend. The hotel is above the coast road just outside Dunoon, lovely views over the Clyde.Trip was organised through coach tours "Urquharts". The hotel is what we expected , clean , friendly, relaxing, first impressions were "This will do for us". It is slowly getting upgraded accordingly and in time will look again like it once was....
