Fast and friendly service, clean room poor quality bed in comparison to other similar hotel chains. Would have been a lovely view from the room but the outside of the windows was filthy,or covered with something. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

Booked for 2 nights but hopefully have time to find some where else for the 2nd night. Room service food was awful, couldn't eat it. You can hear every single person in rooms around you, def not a good place to stay unless you want to be woken up constantly by other people and have dinner from the crisp machine.

Spent a night at this hotel following a night at the races. The room was clean and tidy with a lovely view of the parade ring. Spent a night at the Holiday Inn following an evening at the racecourse. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Horizon's restaurant package was excellent, the food was superb and is highly recommended. Breakfast is buffet style and served until late at the weekend which was useful.

I have used this hotel on a few occasions now, as it is a good base for visiting my employers main depot.
