First time staying in a Ramada encore and I was impressed. Staff member on reception was really friendly. Room was very clean and modern, and even though it was busy that night, I didn't hear any noise from outside the room (unlike some other hotels!). I was staying there on business and it I'd definitely stay there again.

Something I've found with Ramada's in the UK is this; They're fine. They're always clean and the rooms are fresh and well kept. The Hotels themselves are functional and often basic. I spend far too much time thinking about this hotel. The problem is that the good points are great. It's ideally located for when I need to work from a satellite office in Warrington, within walking distance. It is spotlessly clean. The staff are lovely and couldn't be more helpful. food very poor...not cooked properly..did not like the food on offer asked if we could have anything else instead....was told no....very noisy with the traffic....breakfast luke warm at 7.45....pillows lumpy and only had 1...would not recommend this hotel to any one...no sitting area by the bar only sitting to dine

Stayed in this hotel overnight with a group of friends for the murder mystery event. Rooms were clean and modern, breakfast offered plenty choice and the manager and staff did an amazing job of ensuring all of our requests were met. A great break with friends, would definitely return to this hotel.

Title says it all. Very clean hotel, excellent facilities and staff who work hard to make everyone happy. The duty manager is very friendly and helpful and will go out of his way to make sure you're happy! Thanks for a great stay!

Can't fault this hotel. Staff very friendly, rooms brand new. Only downside is the heating. It wouldn't switch off! No free internet so you'll need to pay up or tether your phone. Breakfast good and the bar area is good for a blether.

I visited with my husband for a murder mystery evening that included an overnight stay with breakfast. The staff were very friendly and offered extra pillows.
