We stayed over Easter for 1 night the hotel is lovely rooms excellent all mod cons! Ordering food in hotel and drinks we waited an hour as staff forgot I had ordered drinks and did not tell me the food I ordered was out of stock so made something else without askin me. Theme park even worse over an hours...
