This really is a very pleasant B&B and its hostess was very attentive. What made our stay really special was the decanter of port and homemade shortbread that we found upon checking into our room - a really nice touch. My wife and i had the pleasure of staying in a house full of character with quiet surroundings. Anne the owner couln't have been more welcoming and was a good cook especially her morning bread. Room was spacious with en suite bathroom. We would highly recommend this great value B & B.

Stayed for five nights in this 400 year old farm cottage on a bed and breakfast basis. Annie, the owner, is such a great host. Thanks to Annie for a very good stay in her homely cottage. We stayed in the ensuite which has a very large bathroom with a shower over the bath from the taps. Good value B&B with a cooked English breakfast.

We only spent one night here while attending a function in Uckfield, but would have been very happy spending more. Tastefully decorated and furnished B and B in very quiet location with lovely views. Excellent breakfast and a great welcome. Thoroughly recommended.
