15 of us in the Granary and Owls Nest. Granary very well equipped for eaking and drinking although oven capacity bit stretched for a large meal. Good seating area, television a bit dated. Owls nest much more basic but pleasant enough. Very quiet location and plenty to do close at hand.

Accommodation was filthy dirty. The floors were terrible - we swept them ourselves and filled a hand dustpan with the debris! Lots of cobwebs/dead insects and spiders and everything caked in thick dust. 2 TV's inoperable. Broken garden furniture in utility room. Lots of notices and instructions stuck on walls.
