Very friendly and welcoming owner Rosalind. Very helpful and basically you will feel at home here. Quick hop to Blackpool and close to the train stn too. Smashing Breakfast I have to say! Would definately come back.

Very much enjoyed my brief stay at the Richmond and will consider it again in the future. The owner is friendly, the breakfast is generous and the room was very comfy. It's not the Hilton (although TBH I'd much rather stay in a small individual place than the Hilton) but it's excellent value. One of the things I liked the...

we stayed here for a weekend in october 2012 for the blackpool illuminations. I cant fault it, the owner rosalind was fantastic and couldnt do enough for us making us feel very comfortable and welcome and helping by warming my little boys bottles which didnt make us feel like it was a problem at all. not for you if you want a posh break but if you want somewhere clean and friendly you cant do better. breakfast enormous and tasty . rooms clean and comfy if a little dated. Landladt very willing to help even taking the time to help me put tv on (i not technically minded !!)
Really pleased with this B and B. Landlady was very friendly and really made you feel at home. Her son was also very helpful and very polite. It is rare to find a dog friendly hotel that is so clean and doesnt smell! Breakfast was great (even if I couldn't quite finish it!) We just stayed for one night, but...

This was the cheapest option nearby, at £ 23 a night. The hotel looks a bit run-down from the outside (or mostly, the boarded-up building next door does not inspire confidence), but it turned out really well. The owner was very friendly, as well as her children who helped out. She even let me use her laptop since I had...

We stayed at the Richmond for 2 nights and were so impressed we have booked for a further 6 nights in June with our dogs. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean with nice toiletries and a good breakfast in the morning to start my day. It is conveniently situated near St Anne’s shops
stayed at this central little hotel for 2 nights and it was ideal ,bed was comfortable and rooms were good . breakfast was the best i had for a long time. this has to be the best value hotel in town.
