Well placed and central. This budget priced hotel offers exceptional value, clean, friendly welcome, at the price charged you would struggle to find any justifiable complaint. I also had one of the best breakfasts I have ever had, at any hotel, regardless of price.

Have just spent a lovely night with my son and husband.Lovely comfortable bed and a wonderful breakfast.A slight misunderstanding about the booking by late rooms which was sorted by the most friendly owner.We hope we haven't left you out of pocket.Thank you .

This has to be one of the best hotels in the area, clean friendly and cheap. The owner let me park my bike around the back in their yard. The room was recently decorated with a powershower ensuite and excellent value for money.

Booked this hotel through Blackpool Leisure, who stated was of a good standard. On arrival hotel appeared to be more like a hostel.
