Lovely B&B. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The great huge breakfast was served to order with a fun view of bird feeders. We especially appreciated the common room with refrig and microwave to create our own lunch and dinner. The owners are friendly people with fabulous sense of humor. Thank you!

Very well run and comfortable b&b. The room was comfortable and the breakfast very good. We enjoyed our stay.

We hardly spent time in there to be honest. Waking up early and coming back late at night... The breakfast was nice, perfect location, lovely hosts and pretty reasonably priced. Clean, silent and the best sunset across the road. If you are choosing Kirkwall as your location on Orkney Islands I definitely recommend Bellavista.

To get to the guest house you have to drive through Kirkwall which was no problem as it is not exactly a sprawling metropolis.
