we arrived with 3 small in children in tow and Pat and Geoff could not of been more relaxed and helpful. Just like being at home. Had a wonderfully comfortable stay and will return to explore more of Yorkshire!

This was my third visit to Field House and it was as wonderful as ever. We stayed in Shibden which has an annex room if you have children. We have dogs but it did the same job! Spent 2 nights here while visiting a friend having a" big " birthday. Had the "Knights" room which well large enough to accommodate us and our German Shepherd. Pat & Geoff are great host's and make you feel very welcome in their home. The breakfast is a good start to your day, everything you could possible want.......

Found Field House through Tripadvisor and really glad we did - but would advise others that the postcode is HX3 6XX - they have had to change it as a new house is XW. The XW one on sat nav takes you down a very bumpy unmade track which doesn't go to the Field House. Best to put Staups Lane... More

Beautiful 300 year old farmhouse- comes with creaky floorboards and most welcoming hosts. Huge ensuite room with comfy beds abd lots of homely touches. Superb breakfast, beautifully cooked local (eggs from hens outside) ingredients. Very good value.
