Stayed here last month on a Sunday night before going on holiday the next day. Quick, friendly check in and nice upgrade to a family size room. Hilton is our home around the world and we love to be delighted by Hilton Hospitality. Staff were very friendly and rooms are clean. Used for 2 nights has great view over the River Tyne. Rooms come at very decent rates and with a breath-taking view across the river and over Newcastle city centre - and is ideal for someone who just wants a base.

The rooms are a good size and we had a great view over the River Tyne. We stayed whilst we were cycling the C2C and the staff were very helpful making sure our bikes were stored securely. The food is good but a little pricey. Avoid the Costa coffee bar which is overpriced Would definitely stay here again.

We stay here regulalry and its always a great place to stay, good location & friendly service. What I also appreciate is the reasonable price they charge for breakfast. sorry but just ok ............... There was some really bad stains on the carpet in the room and more then just one also. When I checked in (3.30pm) there was a room service tray outside the next room to me with left over food and all sorts on ............ its was still there when I checked out the next day... More
