Really good hotel, very cleanly good food. Loved the leisure facilities only thing I didn't like is the communal changing, found it very uncomfortable in the ladies changing area especially as some women had children with them (boys and girls) and didn't feel very comfortable changing in front of them!

Great food, lovely bar with good atmosphere. Though alcohol is very expensive to bring a bottle to your room. The outdoor hot tub was the highlight of our stay. The staff where very helpful. The view of the lough in the morning makes for a great day ahead. Would highly recommend this hotel

Just wanted to find somewhere to stay for the night and this was the first hotel we spotted driving into Enniskillen. It was a bit pricier than we've been used to but we decided to spoil ourselves. So glad we did! Everything about this hotel is lovely! The rooms, the location on the water, the service, the restaurant, the staff... More

This is our favourite hotel. Friendly staff, very good food (several options), nice rooms. On this visit I met David, the general manager, quite by accident. I told him how pleased both my wife and I are with our visits. When I mentioned the friendliness of staff he said that the attitude the hotel imbues is "There is no job,... More

Stayed here for one night with my husband our little girl. Got a great deal on line which included dinner. TRavel cot was in our room on arrival which had a lovely view of the lough. Food fantastic and really friendly staff.

Lovely hotel recently renovated, rooms are lovely. Lobby very comfortable overlooking lough Erin. Food is okay basic meat and potatoes uses a lot of butter and cream which I find quite rich. Enniskillen is a lovely town with lots to see.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed in the Killyhelvin on a business trip, and my goodness, we were so glad that we spent a little more and chose to stay here as it is a truly beautiful hotel in a glorious location. The room was large and comfortable, decor very nice, bathroom a great size with lovely toiletries. Front of... More

Spent 3 nights at this hotel, room was average but ok, no lift so had to carry case up 2 fights of stairs although we were asked if we needed help with cases and declined. Reception staff were welcoming but found service in grill bar and at breakfast to be slow. On our third night we were put into a... More

We stayed here last week for 1night to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. We booked 1night, dinner, bed and breakfast with a lake view, we arrived early to have lunch and spa treatments, our room was ready for us which was an unexpected bonus. On arriving to our room we found that we had been upgraded to a suite!! What... More

Not a bad hotel, but if they want to claim 4* status, they need to up their game a wee bit. The outdoor hottub is widely advertised but had 'no hot water' on the first morning of our stay - likewise the jacuzzi wasn't working. The best that could be said about the breakfast is 'mediocre'. However the room was... More
